Omg DONT HIRE THESE SHEISTERS! Hied them then they were too busy to show up so i cancelled now i can't get them on the phone to get my 8k deposit back. Dont hire these people

We had a 3 ft fence installed around a front courtyard area and a side gate installed. They came out 3 times to fix the gate and tried to mickey mouse the front panel gap problems. as seen in photos. There is about a 1 1/2 inch gap on some panels and almost a 4 inch gap on others. I have been going round and round with this company to fix the panels they built improperly. I was told after $10,000 job I would have to pay $3100 to repair the panels. The guys in their shop built the panels according to the measurements they were given. And the install guys installed the proficiently. It is they guy who did the measuring that messed up. And according to them It's my fault!! Don't use these guys because if you have a problem they will not take care of it!!!!!!!!!!!

Second they took out a huge chunk of stucco and when we asked about them repairing it we were told "we don't do stucco!" BUT the main issue is that there are huge gap variances from the the bottom of the fence to the top of the pavers across all panels.. It just looks TERRIBLE! We were told that it was our fault because my husband wasn't here when the guy came to do the measuring, I was here, UMMM, YOU are the professionals, how would we know if the measurements were done correctly?! We were also told that this is up to industry standards and if we wanted them to fix it they would have to come remove the panels and take them back to be remade and that this would cost a minimum of $3,000+ just for the 2 panels that have the biggest...

The door themselves were nice, unfortunately the installers were not very skilled and they hacked up the doors with a grinder to install them. It doesn't look like a professional install. 3 gates were installed, when they left only 2 of the 3 actually closed on their own, now after a week all 3 don't close.
-Door 1, the installer took his grinder and chopped off the top of the door frame. This is supposed to be a powder coated door, now it's exposed metal and looks unfinished. See photo.
- Door 2, the installer couldn't get it to latch so he again took his grinder to the powder coated door by the latch and hacked off some metal. It still doesn't latch easily. See photo
-Door 2, after having this measured twice it looks like you built the door the wrong size, or the installer just didn't know how to install it. He used two big nuts as spacers to get the door...

They charged me several thousand dollars for a small front gate with hydraulics so my mom’s dog wouldn’t get out. My mom recently passed away. The first man put two screw holes in instead of one and the screw fell out.

I called them to repair it and they screwed another hole and now there’s a huge hole and all the screws have fallen out again. I emailed them and they don’t answer.

They should’ve done it right the first time, or maybe the second time but now we’re on the third time and they’re not responding. It was $2600 for a 4x3.5’ gate. I’m going to have to take steps… I had sent them videos and pictures, I wish I could review it here by posting it the screw is a regular size screw the hole that it supposed to go into is five times the size of a screw, all they had to do is replace the post the right way.

The doors themselves were nice but the installer was inexperienced and hacked up the doors with a grinder. The doors are now damaged, and not properly installed
