I came to Mulholland Brand with a weird project, very much out of their usual preview and I am so excited and thrilled with how it came out !! Not only was every person I dealt with knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and attentive they came back with an incredible finished product ! From the beginning Jalal, a talented designer, was able to help me with my shapes to get a beautiful and nice line, Walter, Arturo on the factory side are beyond knowledgeable and went out of their way to help me with my project. Everyone in the office side, from Apple to Eyal and Avi were friendly and always greeted me warmly and made me feel like they were as invested in my project as I was. The place is really incredible and their craftsmanship and work ethic amazing. I would highly recommend them ! Thank Mulholland Brand !!

I am a custom home builder and ordered gate from this company and the product is not high end quality.
The product is not durable, the installation is poor, the follow up is even worse and the custom service to fix issue is non existant.
Do not use this company for any metal products,
They charge you up front 90% and don’t produce drawing to approve.
If you need gates I can give you a recommendation or go some where else!

We have a gate that was installed two years ago with a very expensive lock system. I believe it was a whopping $1200 just for the lock. They have been out here six times for the Lock and it has been exchanged now three times the third time was two weeks out of warranty so they charged me $350 for the new lock to be installed. Two weeks after it was installed it stopped working. The company made me wait over two weeks before they would come out to look to see what was wrong with it. The first appointment that they made me they canceled it and made me wait another week.
They had me out here on a special trip after a Dental appointment waited here for four hours for them to show up they showed up and they said that this lock is also faulty so this is now the fourth lock that they want to replace in one year. They do not have the color lock on their truck so now we have to wait...

What a shame this company provides such a horrible customer experience. Back when I purchased my home two years ago I called them to bid all of my fencing. They cancelled the first appt and rescheduled last minute.

A young lady came out and sold me on the product. I asked for a bid which she said she would complete and I never heard anything back. Even though I followed up with her by text asking…she never got back to me.

Fast forward to me needing two gates after installing a pool. They came out, measured and gave me a bid for $6000. I thought high but probably worth it.

When the gay came to measure for construction, he realized one of the gates would be difficult install. He got on the phone with company on the side of the house cussing so loud that “Rep should have known better!” He was cussing so loud my kids heard it in the...

Terrible company to work with. All they do is LYING to ppl! They damaged me financially by their lie and FAKE nice attitude at first and then damaged me. No communication, No commitment, No professional manner, No responsible act from HR staff, NOTHING…
All LIES…
Be careful when you enter that company cuz they know how to show themselves as nice and friendly people to get or sell what they want.
I don’t suggest this company at all.

It’s all just a shiny cover but nothing inside.
I don’t suggest dealing with this company to anyone. What they say is totally different than what you’ll get or deal with after signing a contract/agreement with them.
