Hands down the best gate and security company in LA County. Had several estimates for a motorized gate install and a pedestrian gate. No one was as competent or responsive as Avi. The work got started on time and was fast. Harout goes out of his way to make sure every detail is taken care of. They even followed up for a motor issue several months after install. What was quoted was what was paid, and the price reasonable for the quality of work. Also they have unique powder coated aluminum gates/doors/fences, that are unlike anything else that I was shown in other estimates. Very happy.

Great service! One phone call and this company came out and installed cameras all over my house at a reasonable cost. Also put in safes they drilled into the floor. For any kind of security need, Mulholland Lock and Key has been my go-to for many years. I would highly recommend them for any security need of any kind.

I can call anytime and Liz, who is amazing, always responds immediately and sends a professional and reliable person to repair or service the motor and even replacing tracks or welding anytime of the day even if it’s an emergency. They also make beautiful custom gates, garage doors, fences, railings and even install security cameras. I highly recommend this company!
