Let me start by saying that I am admittedly a stickler for detail and not the easiest to work with.

Our house had wooden gates on both sides that looked just okay and were barely functional.
I looked at iron gate options but knew that I would need to maintain those and that over time, I would have to deal with sagging issues.

I was referred to Mulholland by a contractor who told me they had a great aluminum product that cost a little more. I contacted them and I must say that I am grateful I went with them. The "little more" was only about 15% more than iron for a far superior product and actually a lot less than other aluminum gate competitors.

I had my gate installed January 2021 it took over 2 months to install the installer did not have all the parts to the gate after waiting 2 months, the installer was very messy I had cement on the wall of my house that had just been painted, and on my new stone, the gate is metal and had scratches on the front back, I called Mulholland they sent another installer to fix the problems and bring the other parts. I had to call my painter to fix the wall with the cement, I just called Mulholland again the cement was never repaired on the stone, I'm now waiting for someone to come back to my home to fix.. One more item my contractor is here working on my kitchen remodel and informed me the gate is not leveled.,
I was not a Happy Camper.

I absolutely loved the “oil bronzed” new gate installed yesterday! This gate does not get hot in the sun like iron gates. It’s just right for our kids to safely arrive using the security gate key pad! Now we have peace of mind knowing our kids will be safe with this new, beautiful barrier between the front yard/driveway and the street!

I ordered my fence and gates on 08/07/2020, paid 50% as deposit. I was promised that it will be done in 3 to 4 weeks. It's been almost 7 weeks and there is still no word from this company when it will be done. I will update my review once there is any progress.

I was unaware of the use of aluminum for gates and fences. When compared with wrought iron, aluminum has major advantages both from the aesthetic point of view and weight and designability. The aluminum gate design and constructed by the Mullholland Security Company is strong and beautiful, adding to the property value.
