The introduction process and initial customer service by Valerie was excellent and she maintained great communication throughout as I asked questions and inquired about finishes and options. Unfortunately the engineering process and timing was unsatisfactory. The quality of the drawings was poor and I did not receive any engineered drawings of the hi-tech section of the entrance gate despite my asking. This lack of drawings led to the incorrect fabrication of the hi-tech fence, which should have been 45 degrees. This issue was not discovered until the first installation crew was on site. Rather than holding off on installing this section, they partially installed it and created holes in the block wall and in the concrete that remained exposed because of the wrong layout.
