We are happy with the gate we purchased. But, when it was installed, the crew didn't install it level, so they had to return and reinstall it. Now it is good. Also, when we signed the purchase agreement, we requested a pull bar. When the measurement team came out, we changed our mind and said we didn't want the pull bar. We were told the price of the pull bar would be refunded to us. It is now about two months later, and we are still waiting for the refund. We have contacted Mulholland Gates several times and we have been told the refund is on its way, but it has never arrived.
