The installation was beautifully done. Several years later I had a problem with the gate working, Mulholland came out and said I needed a new mother board in the call box, approximately $3000 cost. I called another company to get a second estimate, they discovered a short, and fixed the problem. It cost $145.00. to fix the problem. However, the company also discovered that the junction box was placed on the neighbor's property, behind the fence which Mulholland had installed. When I asked Mulholland to move the junction box to my property, to my side of the fence, they refused. I had the work done for approximately $1,000, and Mulholland refuses to reimburse me.
