A top quality gate was initially well installed. However after a few years the gate stuck completely. This may have been due to ground movement.
It was very difficult to get a response from the service department. I had to make numerous phone calls and leave several messages over a period of many weeks before getting someone out to repair the gate.
Outstanding product but very poor customer service when repairs are needed. Disappointing. Products of this caliber need to be supported by outstanding customer service repair service. So glad I had another entrance or I would have been locked out for weeks.

These guys are great. It took a while, but completely worth it. The gate is light and beautiful with state of the art keypad. They even changed the color when it did ent suit my house without hassle. Professional and great quality.
