Sales person was uncommunicative. I had to reach out multiple times for status. I had to coordinate all other services (electric)-which at this price point I’d expect the coordination to be included (Mullholland communicate directly with electrician, align on timing, etc). I’ve used Mullholland twice before but after this experience I’m unlikely to use Mullholland again.
