Mulholland Brand

There were many problems on our project. First the installation crew didnt properly measure pole palcement so we have two poles that are offset by 8-12 inches. Second they brought out a pole that was too short and had to reset it. Second one of the frames for the lattice work was too short by 3 inches. Management was easy to reach about these problems but hard to get to the project. Fixing things was part compromise and part redo. As of today, the material used, the aluminum frame are beginning to corrode in less than two years. I do not recommend product or installers.

The COO Eyal was very difficult to work with and spoke to us aggressively and unprofessionally after clear mistakes were made. He said we should sue Mulholland if we aren’t happy. We ended up having to hire another team to fix all of the mistakes made on our installation. Broken screws, missing panels and a crooked pergola. Very very low quality. I tell everyone to avoid Mulholland.

Overpriced products, flimsy frames, terrible installer from Mulholland , shop elsewhere, they employee unskilled labor, who have no idea of what they are doing. Products quality is not that great, hardware and parts are all non stainless parts and start to rust.

For months and months after we placed our order and gave a deposit, Mulholland couldn't give us an installation date. Our approval for the work from our HOA meanwhile expired and we needed to ask for an extension. When the work started one panel didn't fit. It had to be remeasured and altered, causing yet more delays. We like the product but the 8 month long delay keeps us from recommending Mulholland.
