We were due a refund and it took two months for Mulholland to issue the credit. They kept promising the refund would happen but it never did. The refund happened when we threatened to go to social media and file a complaint to the BBB. When we finally got our refund, they shorted us on the full amount due (despite the CEO previously approving the full amount).

Please continue reading about our experience with Mulholland and how they overcharged us for a motor that blew out. Not only did we have to pay for a new motor but we had to pay full price for the install, which was basically completed.

We had a pergola designed and installed. They were great to work with and the installers were neat and efficient - George, Lepe, and Romero. There was one issue in that we asked for a specific design element and only after it was all in did we realize it had not been constructed with it. That was a little disappointing but they are trying to come up with a solution for us. We’ll see how it goes

Even with a tiny hiccup/delay, we had a great experience with Mulholland. Everyone was kind, professional, and punctual. Our sales person Ori was there for any questions we had. And our installers Harut and Romero did excellent work.
