UPDATE - The owner of Mulholland reached out after seeing my review. I appreciate that he was willing to discuss what happened and made an effort to make it right. For this reason, I’m changing my rating.

We would not recommend this company. If you have any issues with your project don’t expect Mulholland to resolve them fairly.

We were due a refund and it took two months for Mulholland to issue the credit. They kept promising the refund would happen but it never did. We were issued a credit after we threatened to go to social media and file a complaint to the BBB. When we finally got our refund, they shorted us on the full amount (despite the CEO previously approving the amount in full).

While their product has always been very good, the lack of professionalism, and client appreciation is beyond comprehension! I have worked with this company for many years, and unfortunately their customer appreciation culture has changed for the worst! Contracts do not get signed, insurances do not get updated, the repairs on liabilities take forever to schedule or correct, and all and all it has become a painful partnership. It is very disappointing as we like their products, and have tried very hard to hold on to this business relationship but their lack of respect for customer's needs and reasonable demands and accommodations has forced me to put this review.
