These people are a nightmare, arrogant, dismissive, never wrong. Appears they subcontract a lot their work to incapable third party handymen. Sales representative goes on about all the "100 Million Dollar" estates they have completed, etc. So unless you are building 100M dollar home in Malibu or Beverly Hills, you will have a problem and be forced to listen to a disparaging rant. They quote a gate system without a way to open it, demand payment before work is finished and do not stand behind the work they do. Not possible to get management on the phone through their electronic phone system We had to hire third parties to install a gate control system, hook up electrical finish the project, Safety Issues for weeks now they continue to send an apparently unlicensed handyman further creating a problem.
