our gate that we had custom made and installed by them has been nothing but trouble, we already had to have them come by once to replace the whole lock unit that was malfunctioning and now the gate doesnt even close properly, with the gate making a extremely loud grinding/squeaking sound and doesnt even lock anymore and they have also been very difficult, near impossible to reach, and when they finally do respond and are telling us we are out of warranty and will need to pay 300 for them to come out to fix the issue. we wasted multiple thousands of dollars on this gate that doesnt even close properly anymore, just 15 or 16 months after installation. sucks because the gate itself looks really nice but I would not recommend using them given their short warranty, which is a sign they dont stand by their products and difficulty reaching them for support. muholland, if youre reading this...
