Horrible experience I first contacted the salesman two months ago he came to my property and measured six weeks later they sent out a guy to do the final measuring. He said the salesman had measured everything wrong. I gave them a deposit for over $11,000 a month ago. The salesman was so infirmed he could barely walk and breathe, and he told me that apparently he was not important enough in the company to get Ron to come back and remeasure again. I called the sales manager to file a complaint and see if he could get my order expedited. He was rude. His name is Ryan. I told them 10 days ago I wanted to cancel my order. I still have not gotten a refund on my American Express and the sales manager won’t even take my calls. What are ridiculous organization don’t do business with them.

Poor customer service. Very difficult to deal with schedulers and planners.

Mulholland lived up to our expectations fence is beautiful and workers were very diligent.
