I first met Eric in 2017 when he cleaned the exterior of a friend’s condo. who was prepping it to sell. I was so impressed with the fantastic job he did, that I asked him to do my house. He did the house, shed, chimney, mailbox, etc. and it looked great! I have always kept his card right by my phone, knowing I would call him again, which I did a short time ago. I wanted the support beams on the underside of my balcony cleaned before the balcony was re-built, which was to be done in three days’ time. He was booked out two weeks ahead, but was willing to come out on a Sunday in order to get that done for me. He is amazing! He’s very hard working, diligent, and cleans with with great attention to detail.
