I hired Modern Design for staging my empty house before putting it on the market. I was hesitant at first, thinking maybe I didn't need to stage it, but several realtors said a house shows so much better with furniture. Plus, I was putting it on the market 2 weeks before Christmas, which wasn't ideal timing for listing a house. So I went ahead and had Gemma stage the house and I'm so glad I did! The house looked fantastic after staging and the pictures for the realtor sites looked amazing because it was staged so perfectly! The listing went up and within 5 minutes (literally) I had a showing. Then the requests for showings kept flowing in! The first person to see the house made a full price offer!!
