We had a fabulous experience with Modern Design Staging and Styling. The entire process was smooth. Gemma came in and staged our empty house to perfection. She gave it the warmth and coziness it had been lacking. After sitting on the market empty for one year, she and her team came in and gave it a fresh look. I learned about Modern Design Staging & Styling, called Gemma and let her know my client and their commercial office spaces had specific needs and a very short window to install by. Gemma was such a great listener and asked pertinent questions. It was easy to tell Gemma was creative, had wonderful taste and style and was mindful of the target demographic the commercial space needed. She exceeded our expectations with custom art pieces, a mural type painting and perfectly placed fixtures; all within a very short time frame (10 working days). The MDSS' Install & Delivery Team worked as a fine oiled machine too. Gemma was professional, kind, and very chill. Her energy during this time of chaos was much appreciated. Everything went beyond smoothly (on my end). She navigated heavy storms during the install and she didn't mess up the house in the process. Her taste is amazing. Honestly, when I agreed to stage the house, I assumed it would have been a few chairs and pillows, but she made the house look warm, welcoming, and she actualized my vision for the house. I poured my heart and soul into my remodel and was worried that when I left, it would have looked super weird. She made my adorable 1950's ranch look amazing and glamorous. 10 stars out of 5.
