I recently had the pleasure of working with Tom and Ashley to install a fence and help train our 7 month old lab pup. The installation process was seamless, and they took great care to ensure the fence was set up according to my specific requirements. They were patient in explaining how the system works and went above and beyond to ensure a positive experience. Excellent customer service - highly recommend!

I found out that Tom worked in the electric fence industry for a long time before he took over the company he worked for and became the owner. I also learned that his wife worked as a vet tech for many years before becoming co owner of this incredible company. They are the dream team so knowledgeable and helpful. Tom and Ashley at Fence-A-Pet were great to work with. They made the process very simple and their communication and availability were excellent. The installation was super quick and easy. My 12 week old puppy was trained very quick and now stays and plays with the kids within the boundaries of our yard. I highly recommend to anyone who would like to be more hands-off with the dog walking routine!

Right from our very first conversation that we had when we inquired about their product, we could tell that they were open and honest and answered all of our questions and concerns. There was no pressure sales tactics and when we reached back out for further information, they always responded promptly. Tom installed our fence and was again personable, friendly, knowledgeable and on time! Ashley followed up after Tom’s visit to check on us and our dogs to make sure we were all good and to answer any other questions that we may have had. There was also a come back training session with all our dogs and again, Ashley was fantastic!...

We had an electric fence installed for our French bull dog puppy who loved to escape the yard. Within a few days she was staying within the flagged area and could be outside off leash without running off. Tom and Ashley were wonderful to work with, very responsive and helpful! The installation has given us such peace of mind. Would highly recommend.
