Tom and Ashley did everything as promised. It was a very easy process with lots of follow up. My GSD was all trained in less than 10 minutes. It frees him up to wander the entire yard and be with us. It is a very worth while service!

We are so pleased with our new Fence-A-Pet our dog is so happy also, the installation went off without a hitch. Our one year old puppy took to the Fence very quickly, He's so happy to have the freedom to run around the yard now. Ashley was super responsive and helpful in troubleshooting my pup’s new collar receiver. After figuring out there was an issue with the fence, Tom came out and quickly fixed the problem. Our fence is working again and our pup is safe!

If I could give them 100 stars I would. When I first saw the price I was apprehensive but my dogs deserve freedom, so, from all the places I called for pricing they were about average. We got our fence recently and it has worked GREAT for our Golden Retriever. He can run in and out of the house without us having chasing him around. Tom came and installed our invisible fence approx. 3 Years ago and did an exceptional job. Today I was aerating my lawn and had my tines adjusted incorrectly which led to me breaking the underground invisible fence low voltage wire. I called them and within 20 minutes Tom arrived and was in and out within 30 mins with the entire system fixed and operating properly. I can’t say enough great things about them - they backup their products and provide amazing service in a timely fashion. I don’t know how much more I can expect from an invisible fence company.
