Ivan Costilla gave me such Grade A+++ service. Was such incredible and ease. Even with ALL the questions that I had was very helpful. I could ask and if I have forgot any questions it was not a bother for him… I enjoy his most up lifting Characteristic and Spirit..

Ivan Costilla gave me such amazing service. Whole team there was incredible to be honest, and fast too. I rarely write reviews, but because of what I put Ivan and everyone at MIS through I feel obligated to say thank you. I was in a month long process of buying a car through caramel that required insurance confirmation before they would release the final sale. Deal is, I couldn't pick the car I wanted for a whole month or more. I returned I think 5 cars, which made Ivan start, cancel and redo 5 policies. He did it fast since I was right there on the lot, and also only took one commission pay if I'm not mistaken, which is probably not right since I made 5 policies. well anyway, service was amazing and Im confident that whatever comes up in the future Ivan and everyone at MIS will take good care of me.

Ivan was amazing!! Outstanding customer service. I'm busy most of the day, so I can't be on my cell too long. So he actually texted me, which I thought was pretty cool of him. He also worked with me on getting me the best rate and helped me with a payment plan that I can actually afford. Everything was emailed to, I signed all the papers electronically and emailed them back and I was done. Everything probably took no more than 10 mins and withing the hour I was insured and had the filed policy on hand. I really do appreciate it Ivan!
