I've experienced both exceptional and unsatisfactory service from the agents at MIS. But the former performs such higher that it outweighs the latter. The 80/20 rule in a nutshell, I suppose, where the "exceptional" agent Jackie has not once, not twice, but more times than I can count now, always has been the dependable and supportive help I've come to and been fortunate enough to be able to rely on. To top it off, she isn't even the agent assigned to my policy, yet, when I'm being bottlenecked or can't receive clarity or helpful feedback, she is always the person whom I go to and trust. 10/10 times she always comes through. The first time calling them was great !! I got good deal and way cheaper then anybody I’ve called all week! Freeway insurance wanted to charge me 900$ for a sr22 and these guy got me mines for more then half of that!!!! I’m a happy new customer 😊
