So grateful to Josh for helping me get a policy and everything situated same day to get my DMV issues fixed! Took less than a half hour to get everything sorted and I was able to go to the DMV right after. When I first reached out, Orel called to follow up, but unfortunately, I didn't have time to speak with him (I'm sure he would've been great as well!) Reached out today, and Josh helped me out. MIS helped me when other insurance brokers wouldn't. Josh was friendly, super helpful, and provided great customer service. He even helped me get a better rate from the same company / policy I had gotten on my own just a few days prior. Best experience dealing with anything auto insurance related so far! Highly recommend, especially if you have complex situations. Thanks MIS & Josh!
