My floors were sticky. They previously were too and I think another time before that. The stainless refrigerator, sink, and stovetop were streaked and did not look clean. Bathroom mirror hazy. Behind headboard not touched.

They did not do what they promised they did not clean the floors and most of the rooms there was dirt and dust. They left the bathroom rug on the bed in an Airbnb. When I spoke with Dawn she said they would take care of all the cleaning even under the beds they didn’t touch under the beds. I will not be coming back in the future for sure.

Service satisfactory. Didn’t dust picture frames, didn’t empty bathroom trash bucket, or nursery trash bucket. Dust under ottoman as well. House otherwise clean.
