Sean Dawson of MRCI was awesome to work with. There were no pressure sales tactics used in the process. He was friendly and factual, keeping us appraised of the whole process, letting us know about possible hurdles and delays along the way. In the end, everything went very smoothly. They worked with our insurance company to get the hail damaged roof replaced to our satisfaction. The crew was very competent, fast, efficient, did a high quality job and cleaned up very thoroughly. I recommend using Sean and MRCI for any roof work you need to have done.

Abe Alexopoulos was the rep for us. He was very personable, caring, and pleasant to work with and available when needed. He even found a couple things the insurance inspector missed!
