I worked with Fatih Topal. The journey started last November with hail damage on the roof. Fatih walked me through the process and helped me in working with the Insurance company. I really liked his courteous, professional and timely service . He helped a lot with shingles selection and answered all my questions.Roof was installed today and he stoped by for inspections, answer any questions I had and a final walk through. All in all I would work with Fatih again and recommend Minnesota Restoration Contracters Inc..

We had recent hail damage on our roof. Working with Fatih from MRC, we were able to get agreement to replace the roof from our insurance company. The roof installation was quick and professional. Overall, they communicated the process well and was very responsive to any questions that we had. We are very happy with our new roof.

I worked with MNRC to replace the shingles on my roof due to hail damage. The roof itself was completed in 1 day and looks very nice. I only found a couple of nails and small pieces of garbage in my yard afterwards. The dumpster and excess materials were picked up within 2 days of the work being completed.

Lloyd T. was helpful throughout the process. He answered my questions clearly and provided shingle samples of the available color options. After the build, there were a couple of tools left behind as well as an existing vent that was not properly hooked back up. Lloyd made sure that someone came back to collect the tools and hook up the vent the same day that I notified him.

Overall, I would recommend MNRC for future roofing projects.

Minnesota Restoration Contractor is a GAF Master Elite Roofer. I initially spoke with Fatih Topal a Senior Field Representative about the hail damage on my roof. Fatih has a calm demeanor and is easy to talk with. He was proficient at documenting the damage and submitting the report to my insurance company. In a short period of time I had received my insurance money to replace my roof. Fatih then committed to an early spring installation which he achieved. A large and polite roofing crew arrived at the house. They took the time to protect the house and plants before starting their work. The jobs was over in two days.
