Faith and his team did a great job. He checked in quite often and answered any questions we had.

Installation on the day went pretty quick, and Faith was out there afterwards to walk around and make sure things were put back as needed and if there were any small scraps left over.

A futuristic/technical idea - might be cool to be able to mock up what the different shingle colors would look like ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Our project manager, Fatih, has been very responsive as we've worked on negotiating changes to the initial estimate with insurance, as well as coordinating the extra work we're having done as part of the restoration project. There have even been times he has been communicating updates well in advance of the insurance company. It's been a very good experience.

We appreciated his assistance with filing the insurance claim and he was available for the inspection by the insurance company's adjustor when we were out of town. We really did not have to be involved at all, and we trusted him to take care of everything. He provided us with good advice in selecting the roofing material. Mr. Topal kept the process moving along and scheduled the work to meet the tight timeline required by the insurance company. The installation crew arrived exactly as promised and completed the work and the clean-up very quickly and efficiently. We are very pleased with the work.

I never looked at a roof and said it was beautiful until Minnesota Restoration did a full replacement on mine 💜 Tyler was exceptional and very thorough with all aspects of the job. He really went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. It only took 1.5 days to do the full job 🙃 If I could give a higher rating I would. John Lopez was my rep and from the inspection to the installation to the final inspection John was knowledgeable, courteous, and kept me informed and in touch with the project. They completed the whole roof and cleaned up all in one day, very impressed.
