Working with Faruk GUCYENER The Field Representative for Minnesota Restoration was a good experience, he explained every process and answered all the questions that we had. Minnesota Restoration was professional and worked with our Insurance Company Farmers in a timely way to have the Roof process done.. The installation of the roof and clean up was all done in one day.

I have been weary as I have watched roofing companies visit neighbors but Jason and MN Restoration was recommended by a good friend and neighbor so I gave it a chance. Jason was prompt and professional with every interaction and put me at ease with the entire process of working with my insurance company. I am pleased with the end results and Jason always being avail to answer any questions that I have.

Very satisfied with MN Restoration. Concerned with roof integrity — shingle placement/pattern — concerned roof deck had shifted. Same day inspection that was a tutorial on shingles — types, brands and how each is laid. After a video documented inspection I was told no problems re area in question. A nail pop was properly sealed. That was the only repair needed! Contractor was knowledgeable, professional and I had confidence in his reassurance that my roof was in great condition. Slept well last night!

Following last year’s major hail storm in Chaska we saw our neighborhood blanketed by storm chaser roof repair companies. We decided to hold off. Come this Spring and Summer the neighbors had an army of contractors doing roof replacements.

Our neighbor across the street had their roof replaced by a contractor that did a great job and they couldn’t have been happier. So when we decided to explore the option, following insurance confirmation of our damage, we ask for their contractor’s name. Minnesota Restoration Contractors was that company. We did have a second company set to bid as well.

The other company came first and the rep was lackluster at best. He didn’t explain anything, didn’t get on the roof or instill any confidence that he knew what he or his company was doing.

I used Minnesota Restoration Contractors for siding replacement due to hail damage. Fatih from MRC did a great job working with the insurance company and was very responsive to my concerns. The install crew followed all my verbal directions and the final installation looks great! A great experience working with MRC.

We had a very positive experience with our roof installation. Lloyd Time was our field representative and helped us make selections for the roof material and was very attentive and helpful after the job was completed.
