Minnesota Restoration Contractor was an extremely professional Contractor to work with from start to finish. From Ben Mansur our salesman who was incredibly personable, he smoothly guided us through the whole process, answering every question we had, he had exceptional communication, immediate response times to us always. He was very attentive to our wishes and delivered upon our expectations. He wasn’t afraid to bring in help when needed at the perfect time as proven when he brought in Gary Chung who was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in working with our adjuster to get our insurance claim through. He also brought in John Vail when it came time to signing the paper work who was reasonable and patient with me in working out some language that I was probably being a bit picky on. He was professional, explained the product options in detail along with the whole installation process. He was available anytime for questions. He made the entire process of working with the insurance company and installers smooth and without issue. I can say this was my best experience working with a contractor. We recently experienced some hail damage on our roof that we needed help with. Ben was great to work with, quickly inspecting it and working with our insurance company on the damage. The installation went smoothly, pretty much wrapping up a fairly decent sized roof in one day. End product looks great.

This was an amazing experience with Ben. He was able to get the repair relatively fast and the crew did outstanding work. Ben even showed up after the install to climb a 20ft ladder to remove an unused coax line. It really was that personal touch you want when getting your home repaired.
