My experience with MRC was amazing!!! No issues; no concerns. Jose was ALWAYS on site, which gave me extra comfort. He was timely with my questions, skilled in his domain, and ahead at every step. The project crew was polite, experienced, diligent, and thorough. The entire process was quick and seamless.

Our experience with Minnesota Restoration Contractors concerning the replacement of our roof due to hail damage was very pleasant.

Our field representative, Jose Vivanco, was very professional and friendly. His knowledge of the roofing process, insurance process and roofing materials was very impressive. He was very helpful in finding the damage, assisting with making our insurance claim and meeting with the insurance adjuster. When the insurance company paused in communication, Jose when out of his way to reestablish the lines of communication, getting the process back on schedule.

I was approached by Faruk and asked if I would like a free roof inspection following a hail storm. He assessed the damage and showed me the pictures. He then contacted our insurance company with me and explained all to the insurer as well as immediately sending the picture proof. Within a few days, we received approval for replacement. Again, Faruk took it from there and we had a new roof within 10 days. Faruk followed daily with updates and on-site inspection during the process to ensure all was done perfectly; and it was. MN Restoration Contractors is a quality company I have come to trust. Faruk is largely the reason I chose them. Every step of the way, he reinforced the fact I made the right decision by placing my trust in him and the company. We are extremely pleased with the work and how it was all handled.

Tom is an excellent resource. He understands the repair business and homeowner concerns. I began working with him on an extensive insurance claim in late April. The roof repair was completed in early June and the sliding replacement was completed last week.
The times required for these repairs were remarkably shorter than those experienced by some of my acquaintances. We have a relatively large house so neither job was simple.
Tom was always available and responsive to my questions and concerns. He also provided regular status updates.

The team was outstanding to work! Jesus & team were very responsive and assessing the damages to our roof. They helped me understand the claim process and were very professional in working with the adjuster. They even accommodated our insurance adjuster moving the appointment up by almost 2 hours! Very happy with them so far on all of the work preparing for our roof project.
