Have to give credit to Alec Jarosinski of MNCR. He was with the process ever step of the way. Often it seems with sales pitches after a storm that these companies just want your insurance money, do a quick job and leave. Worked with Alec he came out and met with the adjuster, the he came by with samples and put them on the roof to help is really see what color was best, the he came by on the day of installation and he came back post installation to double-check the cleanup and hunted for nails or debris that was missed.

MNRC is solid to work with. In seeing many homes repaired in our area, and comparing the overall workmanship, MNRC is above the rest. They built wood canopies and lean-tos over all our landscaping and door and ground windows, then netted everything, they brought out a mobilized lift/dump to help control the garbage and debris. Our Sales Rep Thomas has many years of experience in the industry, he was professional and prompt in follow up on all questions and promises. He patiently explained the claim process and worked as our advocate with the Insurance Estimator, his estimate included removal and replacement of the gutters, which had been overlooked by the insurance company estimate.
The job started exactly when scheduled, the installers were fast and efficient. The MNRC Customer Service person, Dan, was on the jobsite to patiently address my questions and concerns, some that were simply due to this being my first reroofing experience.
MNRC met and exceeded all expectations, the Professionalism and experience of Thomas and Dan made for a seamless experience.

Showed up with a crew of twelve. They covered
the entire work area with tarps. Had the latest equipment. They used trailers instead of a dumpster that worked out much better. I would use them again

Kevin Slattery was great to work with. Very responsive and explained the process well. He even managed to upgrade the dumpster used so our new driveway wouldn't get damaged. The work crew showed up early and were fast and efficient, finishing up the installation by 4 on the hottest day of the year! Our new roof looks great!

The roofers were carefully to protect the sides if my home and landscaping with tarps. During installation it started raining and they covered my entire roof until the rain stopped. They were careful and I believe they did an excellent job. Evans was very helpful with any questions or concerns that I had. A very special thanks to Thomas from MNRC is in order. I want to begin by saying that I knew nothing except a vague process for replacing a roof and getting insurance involved. We recently had hail damage to our roof (which was already 15 years old). Thomas showed up and inspected our roof then sat down and called insurance with me and got the process kicked off in under 5 minutes. Thomas was very clear of expectations, time frame and next steps.

The process of our roof was a doozy as there was multiple issues with insurance trying to cover less and matching of shingles but Thomas led the charge in responding to both insurance and letting me know what I needed to do. In the end he got everything sorted and us a new roof.
