Kevin Slattery was great to work with. Very responsive and explained the process well. He even managed to upgrade the dumpster used so our new driveway wouldn't get damaged. The work crew showed up early and were fast and efficient, finishing up the installation by 4 on the hottest day of the year! Our new roof looks great!

The roofers were carefully to protect the sides if my home and landscaping with tarps. During installation it started raining and they covered my entire roof until the rain stopped. They were careful and I believe they did an excellent job. Evans was very helpful with any questions or concerns that I had. A very special thanks to Thomas from MNRC is in order. I want to begin by saying that I knew nothing except a vague process for replacing a roof and getting insurance involved. We recently had hail damage to our roof (which was already 15 years old). Thomas showed up and inspected our roof then sat down and called insurance with me and got the process kicked off in under 5 minutes. Thomas was very clear of expectations, time frame and next steps.

The process of our roof was a doozy as there was multiple issues with insurance trying to cover less and matching of shingles but Thomas led the charge in responding to both insurance and letting me know what I needed to do. In the end he got everything sorted and us a new roof.

I am amazed at the work that was done by Minnesota Restoration when they replaced my roof after hail damage. Everything was so organized. Two days prior to the work being done, roofing materials were delivered, the next day the dumpster was delivered. The crew was at my place at 7:00 am to do the work. They worked 13 hours straight and completed all of it during that time. To protect all of my windows, they put plywood around them, also netting around the house to protect the bushes and catch nails and debris. They drove a small dumpster around the house to catch the shingles they were removing. They used magnets to pick up extra nails. Grant, agent for Minnesota Resoration, came a couple times during the day to make sure everything was going as planned. I was kept updated throughout the project, the scheduling went smoothly (no delays), and they did a great job keeping everything clean (from the gutters to the ground).
