Good experience with MNRC so far. Waiting on the insurance on company because in it appears I need more gutters replaced than they calculated. I trust MNCR in getting the job done right. So far so good!

We felt fortunate to work with Thomas Brent from MNRC. He quickly responded to any questions we had, met with us on the weekends to accommodate our schedule, and worked well with our insurance company. The roof installation was seamless. The dumpster was delivered the day before our roof was installed and removed shortly after the job was completed. The roof installers were professional and extremely competent. They removed our old roof and installed the new one within a day. We are very happy with our entire experience with MNRC!

Great experience from start to finish with roof inspection, insurance adjuster, and on through roof installation. Thomas Brent advocated for us with the insurance adjuster, made sure our needs were met, and was always easy to talk with. Plus, he kept all the ‘balls in the air’ so we didn’t have to worry about them.

He guided us through conversations with everyone involved, and helped us make sound decisions. It felt like we were his only customers, though we know that’s not the case. That’s how attentive he is. The work that MNRC did was simply exceptional. The site was protected with tarps and the cleanup thoroughly done. I cannot give Kali Bernicke enough credit for all the excellent communication and timely job organization. She represents the company in a very positive way.
