MNRC company Representative John Lopez came to our home after large a large hail storm and was professional and courteous. John provided a no pressure approach with fair and honest information on our situation and how MNRC compares to other roofing companies and shingle options. John touched base multiple times during the process and the roofing team was incredible. Everything was on time, they took additional time to protect the home, windows and even the AC unit from damage from the shingle tear down. They worked tirelessly and the quality of the final product and install was above expectations. All clean up was done extremely well and the roof looked amazing. Worked with my insurance company to insure coverage. Crew of 11 showed up on schedule. Covered all shrubs and flowers before removing existing roof. Completed the job in one day and picked up all nails and scraps before leaving. Highly recommended!
