We worked with Thomas B. and everything went smoothly. Great communication! He worked with insurance so we had nothing to do other than write a check. He made sure to be present when insurance representative was checking out our roof.

I had my roof replaced by MNRC and it looks great. Working with them was easy as they took care of every step of the process. Shoutout to a determined Thomas Brent who was confident in his hail damage diagnosis and even though the insurance adjuster denied the initial claim on a first visit Thomas convinced the adjuster to change his mind on a second visit. Five stars for Thomas and MNRC.

His communication skills were excellent, he was prompt, courteous, and resolved any issues quickly. His professionalism was evident throughout. Thomas Brent was a very good sale consultant. He took his time to review in details throughout what were needed for replacement of the roof. He worked with my insurance company to get the approval roof replacement quickly. He was very responsive when I had questions about the cost and the works that were needed to be done in timely manner.
