MN Restoration was always accessible , very knowledgeable and got things done in a timely manner.

Alec J. was our field rep. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He kept us completely informed during the entire process. MNRC is very lucky to have him as an employee!!! The work performed was excellent!!

Zack Almquist was our field representative and kept us in the loop every step of the way. Very key person in the whole process. The crew that came to do the tear off and replacement of the roof were a very good team. They had the whole house finished before they left and everything cleaned up. The dumpster was removed the next day. Very happy from start to finish!

This was my first experience with a major home repair claim. Gary with MNRC was knowledgeable and extremely helpful with the process. The roofing crew was very efficient and managed to complete the job in one day including clean up. This was no small job it was a total removal and replacement of a 5 bedroom house.
I did need to have a couple callbacks over the next 4 or 5 months (nothing serious) and was pleasantly surprised with the prompt response with no hassles or extra charges.
I would highly recommend MNRC and Gary.
