Josh Hare knows what the real meaning of "customer service" is. I had several questions concerning what was all going to happen during the roofing project - even though I already knew some of the answers. It was a test to see if I was getting the truth. He would always respond with the answers or would find out and let me know within hours, not days! He is a great sales rep to work with. I highly recommend Josh Hare.

MNRC, specifically Josh Hare, made the entire roof replacement process very easy for us. They conducted a thorough inspection and immediately set to work with our insurance company, helping us navigate the way, as well as all the documentation the insurance company provided. They provided frequent updates on timing of the job as well as status updates on anything to do with the insurance claim. Once the job started, the crew did a thorough, clean, and exceptional job replacing the roof. Josh was with us the whole way, checking in on both us and the crew.
