This was my first experience with a major home repair claim. Gary with MNRC was knowledgeable and extremely helpful with the process. The roofing crew was very efficient and managed to complete the job in one day including clean up. This was no small job it was a total removal and replacement of a 5 bedroom house.
I did need to have a couple callbacks over the next 4 or 5 months (nothing serious) and was pleasantly surprised with the prompt response with no hassles or extra charges.
I would highly recommend MNRC and Gary.

Huge help in walking me through the process when we were previously advised not to make a claim. Very glad I answered the door.

MNRC coordinated our damage claim for our roof, gutters, and siding due to a hail storm. They worked well with our insurance provider, kept us informed of the process as it progressed, and handled any issues that came up with courtesy and professionalism. Their teams handled the roof and siding replacement, and they coordinated with the separate gutter contractor. We are very happy with the results and would recommend them.
