Dan Dye was very good. I give 6 stars out of 5. He helped me get a new roof from the hail storm and made the process go nice and smooth. I would recommend Dan Dye and MNRC for any restoration needs

Jose from MNRC impressed me right from the start. He was willing to take the extra steps necessary to show the insurance company that roof replacement was indeed needed, versus just a repair. He took video shots with his drone and took care of submitting everything to the insurance company. He offered helpful advice to me along the way.
The only reason I did not give 5 stars was because of a scheduling delay this spring, but once we got the roofing project on the books, materials needed were quickly delivered and the larger project was completed in just one day.
Communication during the process was amazing, Jose let me know when the crew and trailer had arrived, and that things were underway. He even sent me a pic of the coverage used to protect my recently stained deck from receiving any scratches or chips. That peace of mind was great.

Dan Dye was awesome every step of the way He dealt with the insurance company it was a breeze was completed in a day and you would never know anyone was there when they were done!

When noticing folks examining my neighbor's roof, I struck up a conversation that our roof also had some hail damage. Kevin Slattery of MNRC stated that he would check our roof next. He did and let us know that we indeed had some hail damage. He was very professional and thorough. He led us through the process we needed to follow and helped us with our frustrations with the insurance company and did a thorough job including the need to bring our roof "up to code" also covered by insurance. We appreciated his professionalism and knowledge that he willingly shared. Thank you, MNRC, Inc. for employing such a fine representative and thank you for the job well done. We now enjoy a repaired and newly shingled roof.

I previously gave a written review of our satisfaction with MNRC and their representative, Kevin Slatterly but now MNRC has contacted me again for a review. I tried via my cell phone but it would not connect to this website so now, upon continued requests from MNRC and/or whomever they've hired to manage their reviews, I continue. YES, up to this point in time we are very satisfied with MNRC and their workmanship in fixing our storm-damaged shingles and roofing support system. A HUGE THANK YOU to their representative, Kevin Slatterly who managed the entire process, from initial inspection, insurance company contact, on-site fixing the roof, final inspection and final insurance company payment.

Great help all the way through process with Insurance co. Excellent quality workmanship on roof

I recently had my roof replaced by MNRC due to hail damage from a storm last May. Zach A was my field rep, he was great to work with! I would definitely recommend him and MNRC to anyone who’s in need of a new roof/repairs. This process was super easy and he was great communicating every step of the way. The crew did an excellent job, and it took about 12 hours for the build. My new roof looks great - thanks to Zach and everyone at MNRC!

Zach A. and MNRC were great to work with. They talked with my insurance and handled all the details. The roof replacement was scheduled quickly and done in a day! Zach was always accessible, and replied promptly and professionally. I would recommend MNRC.
