Tyler Hobbs did a great job in keeping our project in order. While our insurance company provided many hurdles and delays, and our project required custom sized skylights, Tyler was always organized and responsive to my communications. the project was done yesterday and the team did a great job with the entire process...especially the cleanup. I would HIGHLY recommend.

Kevin O’Meara did a great job assessing our roof, working with the insurance adjuster, helping with all the paperwork, assisting with scheduling, and even went over our yard with a magnet afterwards. The crew came in at 7am, completely covered our landscaping with tarps, moved the deck furniture, covered our windows with wood sheets to prevent any issues, and were done tearing off the old shingles and putting on the new by 3:10pm. MNRC was very good about rescheduling when we had a conflict and sending information about what would happen and when.

I was impressed with MNRC rep Tyler Hobbs, his knowledge and follow-through with myself and his work crew. This was an insurance claim and his work with my assigned insurance agent was instrumental in approval of necessary work.

We worked with JP to replace our roof that was damaged by a storm. JP provided the best customer service I have ever had during a house project. His communication was timely and fast. I always felt cared for and he advocated for us several times in the project. His service alone is a reason I am so happy. I cannot say enlighten good things about JP!

We want to recognize Tyler Hobbs for the excellent work he has done for us on our roof and gutter helmet replacement. He has been very helpful and responsive in communicating the multiple questions we had in deciding with which replacement skylight to install. The coordination he provided with the vendors and work crew was professional and seamless so as to alleviate any concerns we had during this entire process. After the the shingle replacement was completed, the work crew took care to protect our paver driveway from damage while removing the equipment and old shingles.

Our experience with MNRC, and John specifically, was nothing but professional, helpful, and EASY! Highly recommended him and MNRC for your roofing project!

Dan and the crew are awesome! First of all Dan came out did a detailed inspection of our roof then helped us with getting our insurance inspection by meeting with our claims adjuster on site.
They spent a good hour on the roof discussing the damage thereby assuring us the best reimbursement possible. The crew showed up on time with a large crew and worked together like a well oiled machine. They discovered many delaminated sheathing panels and submitted a discovery addendum to our insurance underwriter that was approved. Bam! new sheathing, new roof, just like a new build. Also a new skylight!!
Dan, followed up and stayed in touch with us every step of the way. We are so happy with the results, how many times can you say that these days.
