Lucas Ojeda ran with everything after inspecting our roof. He worked with our insurance company as my advocate and everything was quickly approved. I tend to move a little slowly on these things and Lucas found the sweet spot between letting me drag while at the same time moving me forward. I very much enjoyed working with him and am pleased with the results. I highly recommend Lucas. He knows his stuff.

Recently had our roof replaced due to hail damage. I contacted MNRC and explained I had already stated the claim process - they sent Thomas Brett out to talk to us. Our experience has been nothing but professional and responsive. The crew who worked on our roof were amazing - polite, thorough and hard working. I have contacted Thomas several times via text with questions and whether it’s the weekend or not he always replies immediately.
