I worked with Frank and Dan at MNRC. They were both very professional and helpful throughout the entire process. An inspection done by MNRC revealed that my roof had hail damage. As a first time home owner, this whole process was new to me. Frank was exceptional to communicate with regarding scheduling. He was flexible with my needs as a client, consistently (but not annoyingly) reached out to check-in about scheduling, and was able to answer any questions I had. Dan walked me through the entire process with insurance, was knowledgable about materials & construction, and was always responsive to questions & concerns. From the start when Will knocked on our door he was friendly and professional. He had great communication with us keeping us updated and returning texts and phone calls right away.
