In 2022, we contracted with MNRC to have our hail-damaged shingles replaced. Kevin Slattery of MNRC did an excellent job overseeing the project and keeping us informed all along the way. Because he handled all the details--working with the insurance adjusters, setting up the solar panel removal and re-installation, lining up the roofing crew and communicating with our city permit office---it was a seamless process for my wife and me. We were particularly impressed with Kevin's promptness and competence in answering all of our questions all along the way.

Drew Kilpin did a great job answering my questions with quick responses to my emails and phone texts. While our insurance company provided many hurdles and delays, Drew kept in contact with updates. There were a couple of small issues after the roof was completed. I sent an email to MNRC and Frank Esbaugh responded within minutes. We discussed the issues and Frank scheduled for Tony to come and check it out. Both Frank and Tony were great to work with. We are completely satisfied with the completion of our new roof.
