Very quick and painless process to replace our roof. Our field rep was attentive and helpful. The build crew was hard-working and respectful of our property. And they did a great clean-up job. Highly recommend.

I have to say this is the best experience we have had in years working with various contractors. It was really pleasant working with MNRC to replace our roof due to hail damages. Particularly the salesman Lalo Jimenez is fantastic in communication and being honest, transparent and professional in the whole process. The crew are very professional and know what they are doing. I am very pleased with the quality of work they produced and efficient communication during the whole process. I definitely would recommend Lalo and MNRC to my family and friends.

We just finished up getting our new roof after getting hail damage earlier this year. We worked with Dan Dye of MNRC and the process couldn't have gone smoother. He laid out how everything will go, was there for each part of the process needed, and before we knew it the roof was done (in one day). Mr. Dye even stopped by afterward to go through our yard to make sure there weren't any nails left on the property (even though the roofers had already done it). Having a three year old who loves to run around, we truly appreciated this extra step that we didn't even ask for. Only hearing terrible things from others about dealing with anything that involves insurance, this process was easy from start to finish.

They were very professional and responsive both with me and the insurance company adjuster.
The adjuster was in another state working on another storm damage and was not able to come personally to inspect my roof. She sent an independent contractor who came and basically said he didn’t find anything that would require the roof to be replaced and wrote an estimate for less than $2,000.

The MNRC roof inspection specialist (Tarik) disagreed and work with the main adjuster directly. The insurance company praised Tarik for his professionalism and asked him to send them the pictures of his inspection for comparison.

After the insurance company received the picture from Tarik, they were very surprised that their independent contractor could have missed all those damages to the roof.

The adjuster said her manager commented there is no way they can...

As far as I can say when having to redo your roof after hail damage, which is not fun, MNRC was a great experience. My Field Representative, Tarik Salihoglu was amazing! I’ve never had to replace a roof so I had tons of questions and he made it easy. Tarik was knowledgeable and professional with great communication. The speed in the tear off, build, and cleanup was so impressive. They were amazing. I highly recommend MNRC, Tarik, and all the crew that worked on my roof.
