I was contacted by Cristian Fisk of MNRC about damage to our roof from a hail storm. After he examined our roof and took pictures of the damage he called our insurance company on the spot and helped me file a claim. He then met with our insurance adjuster who approved the claim on the spot. Within days the money for the full roof replacement was in my bank and two week later MNRC had a crew out and replaced the roof in one day. The job was professionally done and the clean-up was suburb.
Cristian was out a few days later and inspected the completion and approved the inspection. Cristian was involved the whole process and oversaw that everything went smoothly. Other than confirming opening the claim, my involvement with this was minimal! I would highly recommend utilizing MNRC and working with Cristian Fisk as your project manager.
