This review is regarding the service and production team, specifically Frank Esbaugh- We had our roof replaced 2 years ago with MNRC (who did a great job) unfortunately in seeking out another claim, for damaged siding, it was found our shingles have a manufacturing defect (not MNRC related) and we need to get them replaced. I have been working with Frank for the last 6 weeks who has consistently gone above and beyond to assure that our claim is getting moved along with GAF (the shingle manufacturer). He has communicated with me regularly regarding the process and next steps, taken it upon himself to send out additional team members to complete tasks that were necessary for the warranty claim and has been extremely responsive when I have reached out with a question or concern. Great quality, best experience! We were very lucky to work with Dan Dye at MNRC to have our roof replaced. It was being replaced due to storm damage, therefore insurance was involved. But Dan guided us through the entire process seamlessly. Great communication, so friendly. It was so easy. The roof looks great, crew was great. Highly recommend MNRC!

MNRC initiated the offer to inspect my roof for hail damage. The field respresentative was very professional, extremely helpful and very personable. He was on the roof with the insurance company inspector and helped to get the claim approved. The resulting replacement roof looks great. Highly recommend MNRC.
