When the initial insurance inspection did not adequately detect all the damage to the roof, he followed up with them and achieved the best results for us. The roofing crew was efficient, thorough, and cleaned up extremely well.

We sustained significant hail damage in a storm that impacted the majority of homes in our neighborhood in Rosemount. From the moment that the storm subsided, Chris LeBrun and the team at MNRC have guided us through the process from filing a claim to having the siding and roofing replaced. I have been highly satisfied with the professionalism, customer support, and quality of work on our home.

MNRC did a very good job overall. Darya Rudenko, my field representative was very helpful and communicated well during the whole process.

Patrick our MNRC Field Rep was key from the start. From initially checking out our roof, to meeting here again with our Farmers adjuster, he developed a clear plan. As build time neared he alerted me to what was going to happen and when. Weather created a needed minor schedule change and everything was communicated clearly. He was here early the morning of the build, again at midday and once more late in the day. He even came back the next morning for a final look.
The crew he lined up for our house couldn't have been better. This crew was a well-oiled machine that obviously has worked together for a long time. It was like watching a team that knows each other's next move without talking. Truly a pleasure to observe. We were so lucky to have had them at our house. My son referred me to MNRC and I will refer anyone to them in the future.

MNRC just finished a hail-storm roof replacement claim.
I worked with Dan Dye in organizing it, getting an estimate and working with my Insurance adjuster. He did a great job. Patient with me on initial estimate, communicated with my adjuster and kept in contact with me over the whole process. And that process rolled across last winter. This spring he emailed me to let me know they were putting together their work schedule.
The crew did an amazing job. Very courteous, hard working and placed netting/barriers to protect my property while doing the work. Dan also, came back for a final walk through with me and again, ran a magnet and picked up any debris .
Highly recommend this outfit for work.
