MNRC was terrific with good work on our roof. In particular, our contact Patrick Gutierrez was outstanding. He worked closely with our insurance, even got on the roof with the insurance inspector when he came, and helped when insurance was only going to cover 25% of the roof to convince them to cover 100%. The MNRC crew was very courteous and did a great job on our roof. They even did a great job with the clean up. We worked with Keaton Kuzel from beginning to end and he was great to work with. Very responsive with all our messages and took the time to sit down with us to answer our questions and concerns. I have to say this is the best experience we have had in years with different contractors. Going into this big project, we were pretty hesitant about it from the beginning just because of all the bad experiences we had in the past with other contractors. But I’m so glad that everything went smoothly. I would definitely recommend MNRC and Keaton Kuzel to others who are looking to get exterior projects done on their home.

had worked with my daughter and I since August 2022. I never had a claim in my life and when I turned to State Farm it was a disaster. Scott met at our home many times to meet with their adjusters. I don’t want to go into all the non-customer service issues but concentrate on how Scott walked us through this situation. His knowledge, professionalism, honesty and courtesy shown is something to be recognized.
If someone needs a roof there’s only one company to go to and that MNRC and talk to Scott Lebrun. We are so pleased with our new roof.
