Want to thank MNRC for taking the time to look over our roof. I noticed Jay James and his partner looking at my neighbors. When they finished, I asked if they had time to access mine, and they were more than happy to. After inspection they were very honest, telling me there was some small damage to flashing however in their professional opinion the roof itself checked out and will not require repair. I appreciate the integrity to not just try and sell another job. Till the next storm.

I recently hired MNRC for an insurance claim, and I couldn't be happier with the results. From start to finish, they displayed outstanding professionalism and expertise. MNRC and Dan our rep did a great job on our roof. Dan worked with our insurance. Our new roof looks great. If you want a hassle free process, you should use them. If I ever need another roof I will again. It was also a very clean process. The yard was clean when they finished.

There was a mixup with the color pallet of gutters ordered and installed on our home. Once the incorrect color was realized, we contacted Josh who was very helpful in correcting the issue and getting the appropriate color installed. We were not charged additionally for the extra work that went into correcting.

We have been working with Adam Forsythe at MNRC to replace multiple roofs. He has been fantastic to coordinate and work with and has great communication. There was a slight follow up issue after one of the roofs had some water getting inside that Frank immediately fixed and again communication was great. Thank you!
