Mark from Melton did an excellent job. He was on time and had the job done quick and correct. Couldn’t of asked for a better service, he was also very friendly and professional. Don’t hesitate to get mark on the job the next time you have a plumbing issue!

Should have looked at google reviews first before I had these amateurs come to my home. Only giving 1 star because zero isn’t an option.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS

The gentleman did a wonderful job. Found the issue, took care of it and stayed around to make sure no other issues occurred. Very friendly young man. I would recommend them to anyone needing plumbing work.

I would not recommend this company for any plumbing issues. 2-10 home warranty sent a tech out to check out our back up that we had causing us to only have water from out bathtub. The first time they came out was only a couple days after contacting home warranty. All was good. They said we will need a part for our pipe and they will have to approve through home warranty and would give us a call to schedule a time to get the job done. I had to take measures into my own hands after 2 days to contact the home warranty company to see if the job had been approved. No one from home warranty had heard from the plumbing company, therefore I called Tom Melton. The "receptionist/appointment scheduler" was very unprofessional every time I had called. She said "I don't know what to tell you, I just schedule the appointments" Okay well get me to someone who does. Anyways, they...

Maybe I will get a response if I post here. Haven't had hot water for 3 days. Home warranty company and Melton Plumbing are giving me the run around. Now Melton isn't even answering their phone. Apparently they don't need the business.

No show to job. Employees lie and give run-around. Note, this is without even engaging with ANYONE in my home!

Home warranty dispatched Melton Plumbing for service. We requested service ticket on Friday 03/20/2020 after hours. We did not expect any calls until the following Monday. Surprisingly, Melton Plumbing called on Sunday to set up an appointment. We stated we wouldn’t be home until after 3:30 PM on Monday, to which the lady replied they would be in our area around that time and that would work out perfect.

We were actually home by 2:00 PM on Monday just in case the called before the originally time frame. No one called.

We contacted Melton Plumbing at 6:48 PM Monday. The representative asked for my address and stated we were next. We could expect the tech to be calling any moment now.
