Melton Plumbing

Had my water heater service two weeks ago and it went back out. I have been calling for the last four days to get service. And all they say is that someone will be in contact. They are not reliable at all. Very poor service and communication skills. I will never recommend their services.

The insurance company sent toy mother's house to do work but they did not complete the work. I'm a contractor so I know exactly how to handle this. I plan on filing a complaint with the better business bureau, the insurance company that sent them, and will also be filing a small claims lawsuit for the maximum amount for unfinished work. I will also file a complaint with the union if they are a part of it. They don't answer the phone EVER and I've left repeated messages. They got paid but did not finish the work! Don't use this company you will be sorry. But this will NOT end with unfinished work. Is going to be a major problem if I have to . file a lawyer 😡 3.3 is a TRASH rating for a contractor.

Melton Plumbing offered great service, arrived on time and exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend!

Failed to fix clogged drain on 2nd floor. The issue became that during clean up the technician caused an overflow they came through the kitchen ceiling below causing damage to the dry wall ceiling. Technician left without checking in with me. After I called with my complaint representatives from Melton came out to look at the damage and take pictures and said the owner would be in touch with me. Have heard nothing from Melton plumbing on a resolution.

Came out in response to a request put in by our home warranty. Refused to fix the main issue due to paperwork issues by the home warranty. Unwilling to help. Would not recommend.
