We arrived early for our appointment but James and Melanie were kind enough to meet with us right away. Melanie walked us through the Medicare basics and answered all our questions completely. James gave us some tips about how to maximize my benefits before the end of the year which were very helpful. James even advised me that coverage through the state retirement system might be a better deal for me, even though his company wouldn’t be able to participate in it (except possibly with coverage for additional services). They truly were keeping our best interest at heart. We have a follow up meeting planned for when the new 2022 plans come out so we can make an early decision. I definitely recommend this company!
